The Challenge

This rapidly expanding Company was looking to outsource its lead generation activity; which in the past had been delivered internally. It was essential that they selected a professional and hands on agency to work with.

The main objective was to generate qualified trial installations for the Company’s sales team, who would in turn install the solution onto the prospect’s network, on the date set by the agency.

Due to the complexity of the campaign and the level of involvement of the telemarketing partner (taking a call through to booking a trial installation) it was crucial the telemarketers were of high calibre and the campaign was precisely managed.

Calling the Education sector also meant the calling schedule had to be given careful consideration.

The Solution

Once the Company had selected Logicall Results, a pilot campaign was devised to demonstrate Logicall Results were able to establish a process and deliver the correct level of results.

Logicall Results worked closely with the Company setting up the campaign and developing the call approach.

Logicall Results used its online extranet facility to manage multiple diaries which could be updated live by either the Company or Logicall.

After successfully delivering a pilot campaign, the Company increased its telemarketing 4 fold and has continued to advance it’s partnership with Logicall, running regular interactive workshops for the team and testing new markets.

Results

The results currently being achieved on average are 14 trials per week using 2 FTE’s
